Heather McConnell joined Hennigan, Bennett & Dorman LLP’s
litigation department in 2005. Previously, Ms. McConnell was
an associate with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, specializing
in complex business and financial services litigation.
Ms. McConnell has represented corporate clients in various
substantive areas of law, including general commercial, financial
services, intellectual property and entertainment litigation.
She has engaged in all aspects of litigation in state and
federal courts, including class and private attorney general
actions, and has represented clients in alternative dispute
resolution proceedings, including mediation and arbitration.
Ms. McConnell served as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law
School during the Spring 2006 and Fall 2006 semesters, teaching
a class in Civil Discovery.
