Ms. Walters, an associate at Hennigan, Bennett & Dorman LLP, specializes in complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining HBD, Ms. Walters was an associate at the San Francisco office of Drinker, Biddle & Reath LLP.

Ms. Walters has a broad range of experience in business litigation, having been involved in the defense or prosecution of class actions, contract disputes, securities litigation, product liability suits as well as cases arising under ERISA, bankruptcy, and unfair competition laws.

Since 2007, Ms. Walters has represented defendants in an ERISA action against Kelly-Moore and others relating to a stock purchase by the company’s employee stock option plan. In 2007, Ms. Walters also joined the team of HBD attorneys representing Hawaiian Airlines in a case relating to the misuse of confidential information.
