Mr. Gerger is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Litigation
and Financial Consulting with Hennigan, Bennett & Dorman
LLP. Mr. Gerger has been actively involved in numerous litigation
efforts at HBD. He has served as an expert consultant on matters
involving securities litigation, valuation, bankruptcy reorganization
and general damages involving a variety of industries including
securities, banking, real estate and oil and gas. Mr. Gerger
joined HBD in 1996.
