Mr. Habel is an associate at Hennigan, Bennett & Dorman
LLP. Mr. Habel specializes in complex business, securities
and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining HBD,
Mr. Habel was an associate at Kelegian & Thomas and in-house
with The Travelers.
Mr. Habel has represented investment funds and institutional
investors in pursuing securities fraud claims. Mr. Habel has
represented the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in civil matters
pertaining to clergy misconduct since 2003.
Mr. Habel has extensive experience in all facets of civil
litigation, from inception through discovery and trial, and
has first chair jury trial experience, representing both plaintiffs
and defendants, in the Los Angeles Superior Courts. Mr. Habel
has also argued successfully before the California Court of
Appeals.
