Ms. Malmberg, an associate at Hennigan, Bennett & Dorman
LLP, specializes in intellectual property litigation. Prior
to joining HBD, Ms. Malmberg was an associate at Quinn Emanuel
Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP.
Ms. Malmberg practices extensively in complex intellectual
property litigation, with an emphasis in high technology patent
litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Ms.
Malmberg has litigated and advised clients in such technologies
as computer hardware and software, clothing manufacturing
processes, blood glucose monitoring systems, pharmaceutical
treatments, sports and athletic equipment, eyeglasses, automotive
air bag systems and interactive call processing, among others.
Additionally, Ms. Malmberg has handled Hatch-Waxman litigations
from both sides of the coin, representing the infringing generic
as well as the patent holder.
Ms. Malmberg is also experienced in practicing before the
United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
In recent years Ms. Malmberg has twice been named as a rising
star among top young lawyers in Southern California by Los
Angeles Magazine’s Super Lawyer Section.
