Mr. Ross, an associate at Hennigan, Bennett & Dorman
LLP, specializes in complex commercial litigation. His practice
focuses on contract disputes and securities matters. Prior
to joining HBD, Mr. Ross was an associate at Bartko Zankel
Tarrant & Miller in San Francisco.
Mr. Ross has successfully represented a large retailer in
a complex arbitration involving proceedings in California,
Indiana, South Carolina and New York. Mr. Ross also represented
the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in civil matters pertaining
to clergy misconduct. Since 2007, Mr. Ross has been a member
of the team of HBD attorneys representing several large U.S.
financial institutions in connection with litigation related
to the bankruptcy of WestPoint Stevens, Inc.
