Jury finds that Sempra did not breach $6.6B contract with the state of California

On November 30, 2009, a San Diego jury found that Sempra did not breach its $6.6 billion contract with the state of California when it did not complete construction of a power plant near Bakersfield in 2002.  HBD founding partner J.
