Creditors and Committees

HBD has substantial experience representing official creditors’ committees, ad hoc committees, committee members, and indenture trustees both inside and outside of bankruptcy cases.  We are fully versed in the tools available to committees and creditors and use that leverage to shape the direction of the case for the committee’s or creditor’s benefit, rather than waiting to respond to the debtor’s restructuring efforts.
