Mr. Wolf’s practice focuses primarily on complex bankruptcy and restructuring-related matters. Mr. Wolf has a broad range of experience and has been active in the representation of corporate debtors, creditors and equity security holders in chapter 11 cases and in out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Wolf’s debtor representations in connection with chapter 11 cases include AAIPharma Inc. and Donnkenny, Inc. Mr. Wolf has also represented official and unofficial creditors committees and equity committees, as well as significant creditors in connection with the Chapter 11 cases of, among others, Delphi Corporation, HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, The Delaco Company, Tsunami of Palm Beach LLC, The Health Spa II, Inc., and Texas Petrochemicals, LP. In addition, Mr. Wolf has represented clients in the negotiation, drafting and review of a range of business and finance contracts and other agreements and has advised clients with respect to entity formation, including bankruptcy-remote entities, and the structuring of transactions.
Prior to joining HBD, Mr. Wolf was an associate in the New York offices of King & Spalding LLP and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP.
