Mr. Schneidereit specializes in corporate reorganization and commercial bankruptcy matters. Mr.Schneidereit has represented both creditors and debtors in a wide range of cases, including the representation of bondholders in an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; representing creditors of a large energy corporation in a Chapter 11 case; and representing a debtor providing biometrically authenticated payment services in its Chapter 11 proceedings.

Prior to joining HBD, Mr. Schneidereit served as a law clerk to the Honorable Haley J. Fromholz at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
